Abstract

1 — A case of a carotidojugular Arteroi - venous fistula has been presented. Diagnosis was established by clinical examinatilon Supported by angiografi and praved by surgery. Arteriovenous fistula has been corrected surgicaliy.

2 — The case was thought to be very rare and interesting. There was no history of any kind of trauma. So the etiology was unknown. The patogenesis of, this kind of arteriovenous fistula has been discussed probablitiy of congenital eliology was proposed.

Abstract

1 — Burada klinik olarak tanımlanmış angiografi ile doğrulanmış ve cerrahi olarak tedavisi yapılmış olan A, carotis ve V. jugularis interna arasında spontan bir carotido - jugular fistül vakası takdim edilmiştir.

2 — Vaka, literatürde çok nadir rastlanılan non travmatik bir lezyona bağlı olması bakımından ilginç bulunmuştur. Vakada, arteriovenöz fistülün konjenital olması ihtimali tartışılmıştır.
