Intrathoracic Plasma Cell Tumor Associate With Hematoma —Plasmacytoma—

Abstract

Plasmacytoma is a rare type of a tumor. In our case, a male patient 65, the tumor was very interesting. The tumor originated from the posterior ends of the 3rd and the4 th. ribs and at the corpus of the vertebrae. The tumor was surrounded by a large haematom. There were no ganglions. Tumor was excised, during the following 1.5 years, no local recurrence or multiple myeloma has been observed.

Hematomla Seyreden İntratorasik Plazma Hücreli Tümör —Plasmacytoma—

Abstract

Nadir tümörlerden olan plasmasitoma'nın çok daha nadir bir lokalizasyonu, intratorasik bir plasmasitoma vakası takdim edildi. Tümör, 65 yaşında erkek bir hastada, sağ hemitoraksta lokalize, 3. ve 4. costa'ların arka uçlarından ve vertebra corpus'larından menşe almıştı. Tümör kendi büyüklüğünün dört katı büyüklüğünde hematomla beraberdi. Çevre ganglionlarında metastaz mevcut değildi. Cerrahi olarak eksizyon yapıldı. Vakanın 1.5 senelik takiplerinde lokal nüks ve mültipl myeloma belirtileri tesbit edilemedi.
