Abstract

In four cases of abdominal aortic aneurysms, aneurysm resection was performed, and a Dacron graft was placed in the aortic defect to ensure vascular continuity. The surgery was successful in all four cases, with no bleeding. One patient died on the fourth postoperative day due to anuria and cardiac failure.

We can say that the best application site for synthetic grafts is abdominal aortic aneurysms.

AORTA ABDOMİNALİS ANEVRİZMALARINDA REZEKSİYON VE DACRON GREFT

Abstract

4 aorta abdominalis anevrizması vakasında anevrizma rezeksiyonu yapılmış ve aortadaki defekte dacron greft yerleştirilerek damar devamlılığı temin edilmiştir. Ameliyat 4 vakada da başarılı olmuş hiç kanama görülmemiştir. Bir vaka 4. postoperatif günde anüri ve kardiak yetmezliği ile ölmüştür.

Sentetik greftler için en iyi uygulama yerinin aorta abdominalis anevrizmaları olduğunu söyleyebiliriz.
