Abstract

A very rare case of localized fibrous mesothelioma is presented. He had no intrathoracic symptoms. All of the patient's complaints were articular. The tumor originated from the visceral pleura in the right hemithorax. Surgical excision was performed. Two-year follow-up visits have shown no recurrence.

Abstract

Çok nadir rastlanan bir lokalize fibröz mezotelyoma vak'ası takdim edildi. İntratorasik herhangi bir semptom göstermiyordu. Hastanın bütün şikâyetleri artiküler tipte idi. Tümör sağ hemitoraksta, viseral plevradan kaynak almıştı. Cerrahi olarak eksizyon yapıldı. İki yıllık kontrollarda nükse rastlanmadı.
