Myokard infarktüsünün hastahane öncesi
Abstract
The major problem of the pre-hospital phase of acute myocar dial infarction is sudden death due to arrhythmias. Some advances in management of sudden deaths are possible consisting of various means of foreshortening the pre-hospital phase to allow the earlier of established tecnics of arrhythmia control.This review is intented to give clinical, epidemiologic and the rapeutic persective of problem of identification and recognition of pre-hospital phase of acute myokardial infarction, by the physician, by the community and by the patient himself.
