Abstract

Ozet: Bu makalede M.H.N. ismi altında toplanan hydrops foetalis,
icterus gravis neonatrorum, yeni doğanın hemotilik anemisi ve bazı ölüdoğumlara sebep olan hastalıkların etiolojisi, klinik tabloları ve ayırıcı
teşhisleri, tedavideki yeni usulleri gösterilmektedir. Bundan başka ABO,
MNP, Rh kan grup, sistem ve faktörlerinin keşfi, tekâmülü, klinik önemi, tedavideki yeri belirtilmekte ve bu hususdaki son nazariyeler kısaca
bir araya toplanarak mütalâa edilmektedir.

Abstract

Abstract: This article presents the etiology, clinical presentations, differential diagnoses, and new treatment methods for diseases such as hydrops foetalis, icterus gravis neonatorum, hemolytic anemia of the newborn, and some stillbirths, all grouped under the name M.H.N. Furthermore, the discovery, evolution, clinical importance, and therapeutic role of ABO, MNP, and Rh blood groups, systems, and factors are outlined, and recent theories on this subject are briefly summarized and discussed.
