Abstract

35 vakalık seride yaptığımız vertikal posterior lombotomi ameliyatı kanaatımızca kolay, pratik, postoperatif seyir ve avantajları dolayısı ile faydalı bir metoddur. Her yeni metodda olduğu gibi bundada karşılaşılacak zorlukların yapılacak modifikasyonlarla yenilebileceği kanısındayız.

Abstract

Vertical Posterior (A special surgical technic for the kidney and ureteral approch) We performed the vertical posterior lombotomy on 35 cases. We believe that it is practical feasible, and Dostonerative course un•• eventfull and the technic has many advantages. We believe also that every new surgical procedure may show some difficulties at the beginning to the surgeon, but with some modifications and experiences it will be easier than before.
