Abstract

Çalışma grubumuzu oluşturan 125 vakanın selektif koroner arteryografileri koroner kollateral dolaşım yönünden incelendiğinde :
1 — Koroner arteryografisi normal olan 25 vakada kollateral dolaşıma dair herhangi bir anjiyografik delil tesbit edilmemiştir.
2 — Koroner arter sisteminde lezyon bulunan 100 vakadan 41 inde kollateral dolaşımın varlığı anjiyografik olarak görülmüştür.

3 — Kollater,al dolaşımı olan 41 vakanın 24 ünde tek anasto„ moz, 17 inde ise birden fazla anastomoz tesbit edilmiştir. Ayrıca aynı vakalarda 25 adet intrakoroner ve 39 adet de interkoroner anagtomoz sayılmıştır.
Selektif koroner arteryografi yaşayan insanda kollateral şımın varlığını ortaya koymağa yeterli bir metot olduğu gibi lezyonun şiddeti, lokalizasyonu, yaygınlığı ve yapılacak cerrahi müdahalenin şekli ile müdahale sonrası uzak prognoza da ışık tutması bakımından önemlidir.

Abstract

The Evaluation of Coronary Collateral Circulation With The Cinecoronary Arteriography
Selectice Coronary arteriograms of 125 cases were reviewed for the evaluation of coronary collateral circulation.
Following results were obtained
I — No angiographic evidence of coronary collateral circulation was seen in 25 cases with normal coronary arteriograms.
2 — Coronary collateral circu!ation was angiographically mostrated in 41 cases out of 100 cases with diseased coronary arteries.
İn 24 cases single anastomoses and in 17 cases multible anastomoses were seen out of 41 cases. İn addition, 25 intracoronary and 39 intercoronary anastomoses were encountered.
The selective coronary arteriography besides being to be an adequate method for the evaluation of coronary collateral circulation, it is also very important, with respect that it discloses the localisation and dişsemiqation of the diseases of coronary arteri.es, sheds light upon the type of the necessary surgical interventions and the late prognosis of the coronary artery surgery.
