Abstract

Ankara şehrinin pazar ve manaVlarından temin ettiğimiz, yaygın şekilde kullanılmakta olan bitkisel besinlerimizden (Elma, patates, domates,) 162 nümunede Thin Layer Chromatography Metodu ile Organik Civalı Fungusit resudüsu araştırıldı. 53 patates nümu„ nesinin % 33 ünde 0,6 mg Hg/Kg., % 50,9 unda 0,6 - 1, 2 mg Kg/Kg. arasında Organik Civalı Fungusit seviyesi tesbit edildi. 33 pagates nümunesinin % 20,7 sinde rezüdü seviyesi 0,6 mg Hg/Kg. altmda ve 56 elma nümunesinin '0/0 14,3 ünde 0,6 mg Hg/Kg seviyesi altmda Organik Civall Fungusit tesbit edildi. Bu sonuclar, toplumumuzun Mg rezüdülerine maruzuyeti yönünden, üzerinde önemle durulmasl gereken bir hususu ortaya koymaktadlr.

Abstract

SUMMARYA study on the organic mercurial residues in the our vegetable foods 162 samples of commonly used vegatable foods (tomatoes apples, patatoes) obtained from Ankara markets and green-groceds were tested for Organic Mercurial Fungucide residues by Thin-Layer Chromategraphic Method. We have found the Organic Mercurial Fungucides residue levels in '0/0 33 of 53 samples of tomatoes under 0,6 mg Hg/kg Olso % 50,9 of theese renged between - 1,2 mg Hg/Kg. % 20,7 of samples of 53 patatoes residue levels were found 0,6 mg Hg/Kg. and 10/0 14,3 samples of 56 apples residue levels were found under 0,6 mg Hg/Kg. Our people are exposed to such high levels of Hg residue, as the ebove reults have revealed, that it should be seriously considerd.
