Abstract

Memleketimizde çevre arter yaralanmalarına sıklıkla rastlanmaktadır. Bu seride 35 arter yaralanması analizi yazılmıştır.
Arter yaralanmalarında ideal olan tedavi ilk 12 saat içinde arter duvarında meydana gelen defektin onarımı olduğuna görc hastaYI ilk gören hekime büyük görev düşmektedir. Hiç zaman kaybetmeden hasta onarımın yapılacağı merkeze gönderilmelidir. Bu yo lun seçilmesi halinde travmatik arter yaralanmalarından sonra meydana gelen ağır komlikasyonlardan kaçınılmış en azından komp likasyon oranı asgariye düşürülmüş olur.

Abstract

Peripheral artery injuryes has been found to show a high incidenee in our country. İn this series analyses has been done on 35 peripheral artery in jury cases. Since, the ideal treatment in arterjal injury is the closure of defect on the artery wall within tize first twelve- hours.a lot depends upon the physician who first sees the case. Thepatient must be sent to the nearest centre without delay, Where ve may be treated. By Selecting this choise the severe compli,. cations of peripheral artery injuryes may be avoided or at least reduced to a minumum.
