Abstract

Bronşektazi ve hipovaskülarite ile birlikte tek taraflı bir saydam akciğer vakası tebliğ edildi. Bir akciğerin tamımında veya lobunda, hacminde bir artma olmaksızın radyolojik saydamlığının artması, solunum esnasında medyastinumun sal!anması, ekspiriyumda saydam sahada hava tutulma si, ilgili tarafta hilus gölgesinin küçük olması ile pulmoner hipovas külarite ve bronsektazi bu sendromun karakteristik radyolojik belir tileridir. Vakamızda olduğu gibi sendromun patogenezinde çocukluk çoğında geçirilen ağır pulmoner enfeksiyonlar rol oynar.

Abstract

Umlateral Hyperlucent Lung (Swyer - James or Macleod Syndrome)
A case of 39 year old female with unilateral hyperlucent lung is reported. The unilaterally increased radiolucency of one lung or lobe without increasing its volume, air trapping during expiration, mediastinal shifting due to respiratory activity, dimunished hilar dow, decreased pulmonary vascülar markings and Deculiar bronchiectasis are the main roentgenologic features of this disorder.
