Clomiphene Citrate Tedavisiyle Neden Olmuş Doğum Vakasında Kromozom Düzensizliği ile İlişkili Konjenital Anomaliler

Bu incelememizde parsiyel bir kromozom anomalisi ile birlikte görülen fetal kongenital malformasyon vak'asl takdim edilmistir. Vak'a defekt sebebinin tesbit edilmek amaclÿla incelendiži gibi, ailesi de incelenmi§tir. Anne anovulatuar siklusa bažll sterilite nede niÿle clomiphene citrate alms ve ilk ovulasyonda gebe kalmstlt•. Gebeliži sn•asmda herhangi bir ilac kullanmadlžl gibit röntgen ASI tuna, virutik ve dižer tip infeksiyonlara maruz kalmaml§tar. Clomiphene citrate'an terptojenik bir etkiye sahip olum olamayacažl hususu tartl§llrms; literatürdeki konu ile ilgili bulgular gözden gegirilerek vanlan sonuglor bclirtilmigtir.

Congenital Anomahes With Abnormality A Neuü»rn After Clmmphene Citrate Induced Pregnancy A case of fetal congenital defect pssociaed with partial chromosome abnormality is presented. The family yas anmined in order to find out the cause of the congenital defect. Any ethiological factor of this abnormality coulanot be found. Mother had received clomiphene citrate because of anovulatory cyclus and then she had ovulation and became pregnant. During her gestational period she did not take any drug, had not any X-ray, and did not have the history of a virutic or other infection to be the cause of the congenital defects. Although there is not any oher finding in the literature in respect to the possible teratogenic effect of clomiphene citrate one must think that clomiphene citrate may play a teratogenetic role.
