Abstract

The cultivation of DNA particles or cell suspensions in artificial media, i.e., tissue culture (explantation), occupies a significant place among current scientific research methods. This method allows objective observation of the characteristics of cells and tissues during life.

Daku parçacıkları veya hücre suspansiyonunun artifisiyel vasatlarda üretilmesi. yani doku kültürü (explantation) bugünkü ilmi araştırma metodları arasında önemli bir mevki işgal etmektedir. Bu metod sayesinde hücre ve dokunun hayat esnasında haiz olduğu özellikler objektif olarak mütalâa edilebilmektedir.
