Abstract

Bu yazıda kalb bloklarında pacemaker tatbikptında kullanılan transvenöz ve torakotomi tekniklerinin komplikasyonları belirtildi. Ekstraplöral ve ekstraperitoneal uygulamaların nedenleri üzerinde duruldu. Benign ve emniyetli bir metod olan xiphoid altı epigpstrik girişin özellik gösteren bir vakada tatbikatı anlatıldı. Literatürde ekstratorasik ve ekstra peritoneal yollara ait vakalar tarpnarak sonuçları bildirildi. Bu metodlarm diğer metodlara göre üstün tarafları bulunması nedeniyle rutin uygulama planına girebileceği belirtildi.

Abstract

Extrapleural and dKtmperitoneaI approach to mywardial implanta. tion of pacermker The complications of the transvenous and thoracotomy techniques for the pacemaker implantation used for A-V. blocks were evaluated. The indications of the extrapleural and the extraperitoneal approachs were discossed. A safe method as a subxiphoid approach which vas performed in a case has been explained. The results of and extrpperitoneal approachs in the literature were classified.
Bacause of the superiority, It was decided that these methods could be used in the routin procedures.
