Abstract

İntrahepatik kolanjiojejunostomi yapığımız üç vakanın kısaca müşahedesi, ameliyat şekillerindeki özellikler anlatıldıktan sonra, bugünkü bilgilerimizin ışığı altında, bu ameliyatların teknik özelliklerindeki önemli noktalar kısaca anlatıldı.

Abstract

Treatment of jaundice due to destructed or obliterated extrahe• patic bile duct by benign or malignant lesion is one of the important problem of the surgery. For such cases,in 1948 Longmire described a procedure in which after partial resection of the left lobe of the liver, an anastomosis is performed between ory intrahepatic bile duct and jejunum formed Roux en Y. Later in 1956 and 1957 Hepp and Couiqaud realised the same procedure without much sacrifing left hepatic lobe. History of the three cases in which, modified Longmire procedure, have been carried out, are presented. For this occasion, some technical details of this operation has been described.
