Abstract

Our case is significant because it developed in a short period of six months and relapsed two months after surgery. In the literature we have had the opportunity to examine, there is only one other case that developed in such a short period of time; in Viol (30), the disease began three months earlier.

Similarly, although recurrent cases are mentioned in the literature, there is no indication of relapse in such a short period of two months.

Abstract

Vak'amız 6 ay gibi kısa bir zamanda tekâmül etmesi, ameliyattan iki ay sonra tekrar nüksetmesi bakımından kıymetlidir. Tetkik etmek fırsatını bulduğumuz literatürde böyle kısa bir zamanda te- kâmül eden yalnız bir vak'a vardır; Viol& (30) 'nin vak'asında hastalık üç ay evvel başlamıştı.
Keza literatürde, nükseden vak'alar zikredilmişse de, böyle iki ay gibi kısa bir zamanda nükse işaret edilmiyor.
