Akkiz Kalp Kapak Hastalıklarında Cerrahi Tedavi Ve Uzun Süreli Takip Sonuçları

Abstract

Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Erişkin Toraks ve Kalp- Damar Cerrahisi Bölümünde 1.Eylül.1984 - 1.Temmuz.1971 tarihleri arasında yapılan 260 akkiz kalp kapağı hastasına uygulanan açık kalp ameliyatı ve 222 kplı mitral kommissurotomi neticeleri verilmiştir. Hastalar postoperatif devrede devamlı kontrol altındadırlar. Çeşitli kapak afetlerinde uygulanan cerrahi tedavi şekilleri, kullanılan suni kapak tipleri ve elde edilen neticeler, yedi senenin verdiği tecrübelere dayanılarak ve literatürdekilerle mukayese edilerek tartışılmıştır.

SURGICAL TREATMENT AND LONG-TERM FOLLOW-UP RESULTS IN ACQUIRED HEART VALVE DISEASES

Abstract

Results of 260 cases of acguired heart valves disorders undergoing open heart surgery and 220 cases of closed mitral commissurotomy, both performed Within a period of T years starting from September, İ st, 1964 to july, 1 st, 1971 in the Department of Adult Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Hacettepe (o University, Faculty of Medicine, were presented. Patients have been followed up at regular intervals during their postoperative period up to 5 years, Forms of surgical procedures and types of artificial valvular prosthesis used for various cardiac disorders were discussed in the light of seven years' experience and review of the literature.
