New Developments in the Field of Nutritional Additives

Abstract

In the article, the latest developments in the field of additives have been reviewed and from the point of view of human health, the limitation of their use and the serious control of nutrient levels in nutrients have been pointed out.

Abstract

Yazıda additifler konusundaki son gelişmeler gözden geçirilmiş ve insan sağlığı yönünden, kullanılmalarının sınırlandırılması ve besinlerdeki rezüdü seviyelerinin de ciddiyetle kontrolü hususlarına işaret edilmiştir.
