Anti̇hi̇pertansi̇f İlâçlarin Esanti̇yel Hi̇pertansi̇yon Tedavi̇si̇ndeki̇ Yerleri̇

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, antihipertansif ilaçların esansiyel hipertansiyon tedavisindeki yeri klinik vakalar üzerinden incelenmiştir. Toplam 17 hasta uzun dönem izlenmiş, bunlardan 2’si habis hipertansiyon olup böbrek yetmezliği mevcuttur. Antihipertansif ilaçların dikkatli seçimi, hastanın klinik durumuna göre belirlenmeli ve ani tansiyon düşüşlerinin riskleri göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Klinik bulgularla birlikte farmakodinamik özellikler dikkate alınarak uygulanan tedaviler bazı gruplarda olumlu sonuçlar verirken, bazı gruplarda özellikle habis hipertansiyonda prognozu değiştirmemektedir.

The Role of Antihypertensive Drugs in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Abstract

This study investigates the role of antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of essential hypertension through clinical case evaluations. Seventeen patients were followed long-term, two of whom had malignant hypertension accompanied by renal failure. The study emphasizes the importance of selecting the appropriate antihypertensive agents based on the clinical status of the patient and highlights the potential dangers of sudden blood pressure drops. While positive outcomes were observed in certain patient groups, especially those without complications, the prognosis remained unchanged in malignant hypertension cases.
