Abstract

Two cases of left ventricle-right atria communication is presented these cases are diagnosed as ventricular septal defect on the clinical and laboratory grounds preoperatively. At the operation they are found to be left ventricle-right atria shunts. Physical, clinical and diagnostic laboratory findings and features are rewieved and diferential diagnosis is discussed.

Abstract

Fizik ve laboratuar bulgularına göre ventriküler septal defekt tanisi alan 2 Vakamızın operasyonlarında sol ventrikül - sağ atrium kominikasyonu tespit edilmişti. Bu nedenle sol ventrikül - sağ atrium kominikasyonuna ait literatür gözden geçirildi. Klinik ve laboratuar bulgularma ait ayırıcı özellikleri tartışıldı.
