Abstract

Türkiye kist hidatik vakalarının, çok bulunduğu bir bölgedir. Hidatik kistli organların tahrip edilmesi, ekonomik yönden Türkiye için senelik en aaşğı 50.000.000 lira kaybı mucip olmaktadır. Mezbahaların kontrol edilmesi dışında, serbest et kesiminin bu hastalığın yayılmasında birinci derecede rol oynadığı muhakkakdır. Sinekler tenya yumurtalarını, gıda maddeleri üzerine koyarak, endirekt yoldan hastalığın yayılmasına sebep olurlar. Mücadelede bu nokta da mühimdir. Köpekler muhakkak kontrol edilmeli ve başı boş köpekler imha edilmelidir. Türkiye bir hidatik kist bölgesi olduğuna göre; Teşhisde şüpheye düşülen vakalarda, daima kist kidatik düşünülmelidir. Kist hidatik ameliyatlarında daima en basit ve en iyi netice veren ameliyatlar tercih edilmelidir. Süppüre etmemiş hidatik kistlerde, kistin suyu boşaltıldıktan sonra, kese ağzı sıkı sıkıya kapatılmalı ve ayrıca kistin dikilen yeri karın duvarına da sütürlenmelidir. Sol lobda bulunan ve karaciğer dokusuna pek az bir doku ile bağlı olan kistlerde, ve aynı durumdaki sağ lob kistlerinde, lobektomi veya kistektomi yapılabilir.

Abstract

Turkey is one of the hydatid cyst disease region. Beside the dogs, which have 'Teania echinococcus in their intestines, the other
annimals of which meats can eat as mouton, cattle, pig have hydatid eysts in their liver, brain, spleen. Black flies have a important role about the transmission of the taenia eggs to the foods; Owing to the fact that Turkey isa hydaid cyst region, in any doubtful case, hydatid cyst must be take into the consideration for the diagnosis. In the surgical treatment, always simple and usefull operation must be prefere. In any nonsuppurative case, we pour out the cyst fluid, extract all of the germinative membrane and then we stıtch opening of the cavity. We also fix the opening of the cavity which already closed to the abdominal wall. We call this operation «Closed marsupialisation».
