Abstract
Cerrahi tamir yapılmış ikinci subvalvüler aort anevrizması takdim edildi. İlk cerrahi müdahale görmüş vaka 1969 da Collins ve arkadaşları tarafından rapor edildi. Nadir görülen lezyon hakkında literatür tetkik edildi. Teşhis problemleri ve tedavinin kısa tartışması yapıldı.

Abstract
The second surgical repair of sub valvular aortic aneurysm is presented. The first report was in 1969 by Collins and associates. The literature concerning this rare lesion is reviewed briefly and problems of diagnosis and management are discussed.
