Abstract

Memleketimizde ilk defa görülen Oueyrat Eritroplazisi vakası enteresan olması sebebiyle takdim edilmiştir. Hastalık genellikle
glans penisin prekanseröz bir hastalığı olarak kabul edilmelidir. En önemli komplikasyonu kansere dönüşmedir. Etyoloji esas olarak bilinmemekle beraber irritasyon, enflamasyon ,travma sifiliz ve enfeksiyon predispozan bir faktör olarak kabul edilmelidir. Çeşitli tedavi metodları yanında en iyisi cerrahi olarak amputasyondur.

Abstract

A case of Erythroplasia of Çueyrat has been presented which has been observed first time in our country. İt has been found interesting. This disease may be defined as a chronic precancerous lesions of glans penis usually. The most important complication is transformation into carcinoma. Etiology is essentially unknown,
although irritation, infection, inflammation, trauma and syphilis have been postulated as predisposing factors. Adeyuule treatment available is amputation between another therapy.
