Abstract

This literature review attempts to summarize all the complex events that occur in the anhepatic and hepatic stages of liver transplantation, early, late, and mild rejection events, biochemical and immunological processes, coagulation, fibrinolysis, and other various functions of the liver, requiring a knowledgeable and experienced team to resolve.

Abstract

Bu literatür araştırması ile karaciğer transplantasyonunda operasyonun anhepatik, hepatik safhalarında, erken, geç ve ağırsız rejeksiyon olaylarında gelişen bioşimik, immunolojik proçeslerde koagulasyon, fibrinoliz ve karaciğerin diğer çok çeşitli fonksiyonlarında meydana gelen karışık çözümü bilgili ve tecrübeli ekip isteyen olayların tümü özetlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
