Abstract

Intraoperative definitive diagnosis in biliary system surgery is only possible with cholangiography, radiomanometry, flowmetry, and telecinematography. It is important to consider the possibility of postoperative complications in cases where these methods are not used. Based on our experience, we recommend using these methods in every cholecystectomy.

Abstract

Bilier sistem cerrahisinde intraoperatif kati teşhis ancak kolangiografi, radiomanometri, debimetri ve telesinematografi ile
mümkündür. Bu metotların tatbik edilmediği vakalarda postoperatif komplikasyonların çıkabileceğini hesaba katmak zorunluluğu
vardır. Biz tecrübelerimize dayanarak her kolesis-tektomide bu
metotların uygulanmasını tavsiye ediyoruz.
