Abstract

The side effects of the principal antibiotics and immunological aspects were presented as following:
1) First, side effect of antibiotics were classified.
2) Differences between idiosynchrasy and allergic reactions,
3) Mechanism of gaining antigenicity of drugs,
4) Immunological mechanisms of acute pilergic reactions.
5) Clinical and immunological asoects of contact dermatitis.
6) Phototoxic and photoallergic reaction mechanism of drugs.
7) Resultson the experiments of penicillin were also presented.

1) Önce antibiyotiklerin yan etkileri sınıflandırıldı,
2) İdiosenkrazik ve allerjik reaksiyonlar arasındaki farklar,
3) Drug'ların antijenisitesi,
4) Akut allerjik reaksiyonların immunolojik mekanizması,
5) Kontakt dermatitin klinik ve immunolojik veçheleri,
6) İlâçların fototoksik ve fotoallerjik reaksiyonlarının mekanizmaları,
7) Penicillin deneylerine ait sonuçlar da, keza sunuldu
