Abstract

Başlıca antibiyotiklerin yan etkileri ve immunolojik veçheleri aşağıdaki şekilde sunuldu : 1) Önce antibiyotiklerin yan etkileri sınıflandırıldı, 2) İdiosenkrazik ve allerjik reaksiyonlar arasındaki farklar, 3) Drug'ların antijenisitesi, 4) Akut allerjik reaksiyonların immunolojik mekanizması, 5) Kontakt dermatitin klinik ve immunolojik veçheleri, 6) İlâçların fototoksik ve fotoallerjik reaksiyonlarının mekanizmaları, 7) Penicillin deneylerine ait sonuçlar da, keza sunuldu
