The antidiuretic effect of hydrochlorothiazide was studied in the treatment of three patients with diabetes insipidus. Diuresis was observed to decrease by an average of 40-50 percent in two patients and by 80 percent in one patient. The drug's mode of action has been debated.
Üç diabetes insipidus'lu hastanın tedavisinde hydrochlorothiazide'in antidiüretik tesiri incelenmiştir. 2 hastada diürezin ortalama yüzde 40-50, bir hasta da yüzde 80 nisbetinde azaldığı müşahede edilmiştir. İlacın tesir tarzı münakaşa edilmiştir.
