Abstract

The percentage of carcinoma of right half of colon compared with all colon carcinomas including rectum and anus is 16.8%, only colon carcinomas is 45% Ratio between female and male is 1/5 mortality is 6.2% and prognosis 55 %. The factors that influence this high prognosis arelocalization of no precanceicus disease on the right side, poor lymphatic drainage and classical arteriel circulation.

Sağ Kolon Kanserinin Prognoz Ve Mortalitesi Üzerinde Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Sağ kolon kanseri rektum ve anus dahil bütün kolon kanserine nazaran % 16.8, sadece kolon kanserlerine nazaran %45 oranında tesbit edilmiştir. Kadın erkek oranı % 1/5, mortalite % 6.2, prognoz % 55 dir Prognozun yüksek oluşuna tesir eden faktörler arasında, prekanseröz hastalıkların sağda lokalize olmayışı, lenfatiklerinin sola nazaran daha fakir oluşu, arteriel dağılımın klasik oluşu bulunmaktadır.
