Abstract

In this article, a case of acute lymphablastic leukaemia with skin manifestations (leukaemia cutis) occuring on a 14-year old girl was presented. The interesting feature of this case was that, the skin manifestations appeared before typical leukaemic findings were observed in the patient’s blood.

Furthermore the article discusses the features of skin manifestations in various types of leukaemia.

Abstract

Bu makalede II. İç Hastalıkları Kliniğinde yatarak tedavi gören 14 yaşında genç bir kızda müşahede edilen akut lenfoblastik löseminin seyri esnasında ortaya çıkan deri belirtilerinin lösemik tabiatta olduğu, lezyonun bilhassa hastada lösemik kan tablosu husule gelmeden görüldüğü belirtilmiştir.

Akut lösemik kan tablosunun husulünden önce deri belirtilerinin meydana gelişinin nadir olması dolayısı ile neşri uygun görülmüştür.

Makalede vak’a ile ilgili olmak üzere muhtelif tip lösemilerde deri belirtilerinin hususiyeti münakaşa edilmiştir.
