Abstract

In a 20-year-old patient with miliary tuberculosis, tuberculosis was found in the lumbar sympathetic ganglion at autopsy. Macroscopically, no changes were noted in the ganglion. There was no evidence of contact infiltration. No degenerative changes or glial reactions were detected in the sympathetic ganglion cells or nerve fibers surrounding the tuberculous nodules.

Sempatik Ganglion Tüberkülozu

Abstract

20 yaşında, milyer tüberkülozu olan bir hastada, otopside lumbal sempatik ganglionda tüberküloz bulunmuştur. Makroskopik olarak ganglionda herhangi bir değişiklik dikkati çekmemiştir. Kontakt infiltrasyonu düşündürecek bir durum bahis konusu değildir. Tüberküloz nodülleri çevresinde, sempatik ganglion hücreleri ve sinir liflerinde dejeneratif değişiklik veya glia reaksiyonu tesbit edilememiştir.
