Abstract

1.) An original and simple method to study acute effects of the cigarette smoke on the experimental animals has been described.
2.) In the effects of the cigarette smoke on the blood pressure, a marked difference has been observed between the normal cigarette and the specially prepared demicotinized cigarettes.
3.) The hypertension due to the smoke of normal cigarettes has been prevented by Phenylamine or Hexamethonium.

Abstract

1.) Tecrübe hayvanlarında sigara dumanının akut farmakolojik tesirlerini araştırmaya mahsus orijinal ve basit bir metod tarif edildi.
2.) Sigara dumanının kan basıncına olan tesirinde nikotinli ve nikotinsiz sigaralar arasında önemli farklar tesbit edildi.
3.) Nikotinli sigaranın tecrübe hayvanlarında yapmış olduğu hipertansiyon Phenylamine ve Hexamethonium ile önlenebilmiştir.
