Özofagus Varislerinin Tesbitinde Röntgen ve Endoskopinin Değeri

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile, değişik nedenlerle oluşmuş 92 portal hipertansiyonlu hastada özofagus varisleri, endoskopik ve radyolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Röntgen, özofagus varislerini %32,6 oranında gösterebilirken, özofagoskopi bu varisleri %96,97 oranında göstermektedir. Endoskopik muayene, ambulatuvar hastalarda dahi çekinmeden kolaylıkla yapılabilmektedir. Muayene sırasında veya sonrasında hiçbir ciddi komplikasyon gelişmemiştir. Sonuç olarak, özofagus varisi şüphesi olan vakalarda endoskopik muayene, emin ve kolay bir yöntem olarak değerlendirilebilir.
