The electrocardiographic findings observed in patients with Cretenism were examined as part of a case study with complete clinical follow-up. The ECG findings in these patients were consistent with classical descriptions, but in 83.6% of the cases, the T-wave exhibited a dome-shaped alteration (Dome-shaped T). This pattern is similar to the "Masgue Sign," which was first proposed by Ali Ertuğrul, but it differed in that the ST segment did not disappear and the QT interval was shortened. In our study, it was observed that the QT interval was prolonged in all cases and returned to normal early with treatment.
