Distinguishing Benign from Malignant Gastric Ulcers and Medical Treatment Features

Abstract

The Value of methods used in clinical differantial diagnosis between gastric ulcer and malignant ulcer were discused. It is possible to conclude with a great probability following three weeks trial treatment, X ray studies and gastroscopie that a gastric ulcer is beningn or malignant. It has also proved that an ulcer can be malignant even after or complete healing. The conclusion was againa gastric peptic ulcer could healt by means of diet, resting, anticolonergic and antiacide threhapy.

Benign Gastrik Ülserin Malign Ülserden Ayırt Edilmesi ve Medikal Tedavi Özellikleri

Abstract

Klinikte gastrik ülserin maliğn ülserden ayırtıcı tanısında kullanılan metodların değerlerini tartıştık. Röntgen, gastroskopi, 3 haftalık tecrübe tedavisinden alınan sonuçlar ile bir gastrik ülserin beniğn veya maliğn olup olmadığı hakkında büyük bir kesinlikle konuşmak kabildir. Ülser kapandığı halde daha sonra kanser ülseri olabildiği ispatlanmıştır. Gastrik peptik ülserin istirahat diyet, «ntikolinerjik ve antiasit tedavisi ile iyileşebildiği bir daha gösterildi.
