Abstract
We present the fourth case of primary gastric carcinoid in our literature. The patient has had liver metastasis since the onset. Another characteristic of the case is the presence of a tumor in the duodenum. Although six years have passed, despite the liver having grown due to metastatic tumors and having lost much of its normal macroscopic structure, there has been no deterioration in liver function tests. Additionally, the production of blood proteins remains normal, and the patient has not lost the ability to live. These features constitute the unique aspects of our patient's case.

Abstract
Literatürümüze dördüncü primer mide karsinoidi vakasını takdim ediyoruz. Hastada başlangıçtan itibaren karaciğer metastazı mevcuttur. Vakaya ait bir diğer özellik ise duodenumda tümör varlığıdır. Altı yıl geçmiş olmasına rağmen, karaciğer metastatik tümör nedeniyle büyümüş ve makroskopik olarak normal yapısını büyük ölçüde kaybetmiş olmasına rağmen, karaciğer fonksiyon testlerinde herhangi bir bozulma gözlemlenmemiştir. Ayrıca, kan proteinleri üretimi normal olup, hasta hala yaşam fonksiyonlarını sürdürebilmektedir. Bu özellikler hastamızın vakaya özgü neşredilmesini sağlamaktadır.
