Metastatik Testis Tümörü Testis Lenfoblastik Sarkomu

A secondary testicular tumor; a case of Iymphosarcoma of the testicle has been presented. Lymphosarcoma testes is a rare disease usualiy secondary toa primary origin elsewhere in the Iymphoid tissues of the body. Generally Iymphosarcoma is a systemic disease. Testicular metastase isamanifestation of generalized disease at the range of 0,1-0,3 o. Although the lesion responds to irradiation therapy, the eventual prognosis is poor, the cases introduced the literature do not exceed 50, an unusual and interesting case of Iymphosarcoma of the testicle is reported.

Sekonder bir testis tümörü, testis lemfosarkomu vakası takdim edilmiştir. Sekonder testis tümörleri ve bunlardan lemfosarkom çok ender olarak görülen tümör cinsidir. Lemfosarkom genellikle bir sistem hastalığıdır. 4 0,1-/ 0,3 nisbetinde testislerde de metastaz yapabilir. Hastalığının radyoterapiye cevap vermesine rağmen beklenen sonucu daima kötüdür. Şimdiye kadar literatür vakası 50 yi geçmemiş olup, vakamız memleketimiz de ilk defa müşahade edilmiş olması dolayısıyla enteresandır.
