Abstract

By rutin scalar electrocardiography, a definite evidence for a redrograde atrio-ventricular conduction of the stimuli from artificial pacemaker has been obtained and presented in a patient with comp- lete atrio-ventricular (A-V) block. This case represent an example of the unidirectional A-V block which seemed to be uncomon and intresting from the standpoint of electrophysiology of the A-V node or A-V function.

Abstract

Komplet atriyoventriküler bloklu, kalbli suni inplante edilmiş, pacemakerle çalıştırılan bir hastada, elektrokardiogramla, ventrikülden atriuma doğru retrogat olarak suni tembihlerin geçebildiği gösterilmiştir. Vaka bir yönlü (Unidireksiyonel) atriyoventriküler (A-V) blok vakası olup, A-V düğümünün fizyolojisi bakımından ilginç görülmektedir.
