Abstract
In this paper, 9 patients with A-V. Malformations including 3
very intresting cases have been presented and diagnostic methods
and therapeutical aspects have been reviewed. İn the first case,
there was a huge aneurysm and A-V. Malformation simultaneousiy
at the same place. İn the second patient, the aguaduct of Sylvius has
been oceluded by an A-V. Malformation. İn the third one, Complete
occlusion of the A-V. Malformatıon occurred spontaneously.
6 out of 9 cases have been treated with various kinds of operative procedures with no operative mortality and 3 patients with conservative therapy.

Abstract
Bu yazıda, içlerinden 3 ü çok ilginç olan 9 A-V. Malformasyon
takdim edilmiş ve bu münasebetle teşhis ve tedavileri gözden geçiril
miştir. Bu ilginç vakalardan birinde anevrizma ve A-V, Malformasyon bir arada bulunmakta idi, ikincisinde ise Sylvius kanalını tıkayarak, interdal hidrosefali yapan bir A-V. Malformasyon mevcuttu.
Üçüncü lginç vakadaki A-V. malformasyon kendi kendine tamamen
tromboze olmuştu.
9 vakadan 5 sı çeşitli cerrahi tedavilere tabi tutulmuş, 3 tanesiise konservatif olarak tedavi edilmişlerdir. Operatif mortalite 0dır.
