Marfan Syndrome: A Case Showing Idiopathic Pulmonary Artery Dilation, Aortic Regurgitation and Coronary (Artery) Anomaly

Abstract

A diagnosis of Marfan's Syndrome has been established on a 27 year old male patient by means of clinical, laboratory, hemodinamic and angiocardiographic studies. Furthermore, the evidence of idiopathic dilatation of pulmoner artery, aortic regurgitation and abnormalty of left coronary artery has made this case a more interesting entity.

Abstract

27 yaşında bir erkek hastada klinik, laboratuvar, hemodinamik ve angiyokardiografik çalışmalar yanılarak Marfan Sendromu tanısı konmuştur. Ayrıca Arteria Pulmonalis'in idyopatik dilatasyonu, aortik regurgitasyonu ve koroner arter anomalisinin tespiti, vaka- yı çok daha enteresanlaştırmıştır,
