Abstract
27 yaşında bir erkek hastada klinik, laboratuvar, hemodinamik
ve angiyokardiografik çalışmalar yanılarak Marfan Sendromu tanısı konmuştur. Ayrıca Arteria Pulmonalis'in idyopatik dilatasyonu, aortik regurgitasyonu ve koroner arter anomalisinin tespiti, vaka- yı çok daha enteresanlaştırmıştır,
