Landry-Guillain-Barré-Strohl Syndrome

Abstract

Fallowing the review of the history and the description of the Guillain - Barne Syndrome, its* etiology and clinical findings are discussed. The controversial opinions regarding involvement cf the cranial nerves, the papil edema and the subject of ataxia are exar mined. The pathological findings are explained and in the therapy the value of the corticotropins and the glucocorticoids are argued.

Abstract

Guillain - Barre sendromunun tarihçesi ve tarifi hakkındaki görüşlerden sonra etiolojisi hakkındaki kanaatlara, daha sonra klinik bulgulara temas edildi. Tartışma mevzuu olan kafa çiftlerinin afetleri ,papil ödem ve ataksi konuları münakaşa edildi. Patolojik bulgular izah edildikten sonra tedaviye corticotropin ve glucocorticoidlerin rolü üzerinde duruldu.
