Landry - Guillain - Barré - Strohl Sendromu
Abstract
Guillain - Barre sendromunun tarihçesi ve tarifi hakkındaki görüşlerden sonra etiolojisi hakkındaki kanaatlara, daha sonra klinik
bulgulara temas edildi. Tartışma mevzuu olan kafa çiftlerinin afetleri ,papil ödem ve ataksi konuları münakaşa edildi. Patolojik bulgular izah edildikten sonra tedaviye corticotropin ve glucocorticoidlerin rolü üzerinde duruldu.
