Abstract

This study examines the blastic transformation in short-term leukocyte cultures prepared according to the standard method using peripheral blood obtained from 11 individuals. Blastic transformation occurred even after the leukocytes were washed before being placed in the culture tubes. The study shows that serum factors are not the primary agents in the transformation phenomenon.

Blastik Transformasyonda Serom Faktörleri ve Heterolog Lökositlerin Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 11 kişiden alınan periferik kanla standart metoda göre hazırlanmış kısa süreli lökosit kültürlerindeki blastik transformasyon incelenmektedir. Lökositlerin kültür tüplerine konmadan önce yıkanmasından sonra da blastik transformasyon meydana gelmiştir. Çalışma, serum faktörlerinin dönüşüm fenomeninde asıl etken olmadığını göstermektedir.
