Perforation in Gastric Cancers

Abstract

We have presented a case of gastric carcinoma Which was located in lesser curvature With spontaneous perforation. This patient
has had history of peptic ulcer disease of 10 years duration.
We like to emphasize the fact that it is almost impossible to
diagnose the perforation of gastric cancers pre-operatively it is there
fore essential to do a Toutine biopsy in cases of all gastro-duodenal
perforations to prevent errors in surgical procudures planned, and
also to provide the patient best chance of early resection.

Abstract

10 seneden beri ülser hikâyesi olan ve küçük kurvaturda mide kanseri perforasyonu gösteren birivaka takdim edildi, Mide kanseri perforasyonlarının preoperatif teşhisinin ekseriya imkânsız olduğu ve ameliyatta yanılmalara mani olmak, aynı zamanda hastanın er- ken rezeksiyon şansını temin etmek için bütün gastroduodenal per- forasyonlarda rutin biyopsi yapılması gerektiği üzerinde duruldu.
