Extrahepatic Bile Duct and Pancreatic Cancers

Abstract

It has been reviewed 13 carcinomas of the pancreas seen in Tl Surgical Clinic of Faculty of Medicine Ankara in ten years. It has been emphesized the methods of diagnosis of the cancers of peri- pancröatic region. It has been also emphasiZzed the treatment of cancer of this region is pancreatoduodenectomy. In the cases of unresectable cancers some paliative operations, as cholecysto- jejunostomy, choledochojejunostomy can be done. Beside the paliative surgery antimytotic chemotherapeutic agents and Radio isotopes as y” can be used. As far as chemotherapeutic agents cor- cerne ö-FU and FUDR are most tuseful and Go 15 - 25 objective reg- ression can be obtained with these agents.

Karaciğer Dışı Safra Yolları ve Pankreas Kanserleri

Abstract

ll nci Cerrahi Kliniğinde 10 senede 13 Pankreas kanseri vakası görülmüştür. Bu vakaların etüdü yapılmış ve pankreas kanseri ile periampuler kanserlerin klinik teşhisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Pankreas kanseri teşhisinde angiografi ve skenning muayene metodlarının değeri üzerinde durulmuştur. Tedavinin şirürjikal olduğu ve bunun içinde en iyi metodun pankreatoduodenektomi olduğu üzerinde durulmuş ve rezeke edilemiyen periampuler kanser vakalarında 5-FU ve FUDR gibi antimitotik ilâçlarla 46 15 - 25 nisbetinde bir regresyon elde edilebildiği tebarüz ettirilmiş ve ayrıca erken teşhisin önemi üzerinde de durulmuştur.
