Periton Dializi ile Protein Kaybı

Abstract

Peritoneal dialysis has proven itself in recent years as an equally valid dialysis method in clinical practice. The peritoneum, as an exchange membrane, allows a small amount of protein molecules to pass through. Therefore, during peritoneal dialysis, amino acid and protein losses can occur.The duration of peritoneal dialysis, the composition of the dialysate fluid, and the frequency of changes play a significant role in protein loss. This protein loss can begin during infusions. Electrophoretic and immunological tests reveal that all dialysis fluids contain protein fractions.
