İntrauterin Ölü Gebeliklerde İntraamniyotik Hipertonik Solüsyon Uygulaması
Abstract
Between 1964 and 1970, 19 cases of intrauterin fetal death were treated by intraamniotic infusion of hypertonic solutions. Uterine contractions started after first infusion in 17 cases and after second infusion in 2 cases. No other measures were needed for completing the delivery. We feel that this method is less dangerouswhen compared with other methods for induction of labor in cases of intrauterin fetal death.
