Mycotoxinlerle Meydana Gelen Besin Zehirlenmeleri Münasebetile Aflatoxinler Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

1967 de Kanada'ya ihraç edilen fındıkların sağlığa zararlı miktarda Aflatoxin ihtiva etmesi gerekçesi ile geri gönderilmesi Üzerine bu fındık örneği ile Ankara piyasasından alınan 26 iç fındık numunesi üzerinde mikrobiyolojik ve kimyasal metodlarla Aspergillus Flavus ve Aflatoxinler araştırılmıştır. Sonuçlara göre fındıkların e 20 sinde Aspergillus Flavus ve muhtelif Aflatoxinler tesbit edilmiş olması üzerinde durulacak bir noktadır.

A Study on Aflatoxins in Relation to Food Poisoning Caused by Mycotoxins

Abstract

The hazelnut, which was exported to Kanada in 1967, has been refused entry owing to containing in excessessive amount of harmful Aflatoxin. Related with this fact, we have examined this hazelnut and 26 other peeled raw hazelnut samples for Aspergillus Flavus and Aflatoxins with microbiological and chemical methods. & 20 of the samples gave positive results for Aspergillus Flavus and various Aflatoxin components.
