Abstract

Son senelerde çocuk kliniğinde takip edilen 5 kala -Azar vakası takdim edildi. Hastaların 2 si Karabük, diğerleri Ankara, Bursa ve Mersin (Mut) dan gelmekte idiler. Hepsinde teşhis, kemik iliğinde paraziti tesbit etmekle konuldu. Vakalar klinik, hematolojik ve terapötik yönden münakaşa edildi, Bu makalenin yazılmasını takiben iki vaka daha kliniğimizde kemik iliği yoluyla teşhis edilmiştir. Halen tedavi altındadırlar,

Abstract

Five cases of kala - Azar (Cisceral Leishmaniasis) which were diognased in the department of pediatrics were presented. Two cases were caming from Karabük, the others from Bursa, Ankara and Mersin (Mut). The diagnosis was established through the bone marrow examination in each case. Patients were discussed from cinical, therapeutic and hematological point of view.
