Abstract

1956 - 1967 yılları arasında Ankara Tıp Fakültesi Uroloji Kliniginde çeşitli cerrahi usullerle tedavi edilen 127 mesane tümörü vakası arasında bir vakada deri altında mesane tümörü metastazı görülmüştür. Bu metastaz ameliyat ensizyonu nedbesi içinde husule gelmiş olduğundan bunun muhtemelen ameliyat esnasında kopan bir tümör dokusunun cilt altında implante olması ile gelişmiş olduğu belirtilmiştir.

Abstract

Between the years of 1956 and 1967, in Urological Department of Medical Faculty - Üniversity of Ankara, 127 Bladder Tumorş were treated by various methods and among them a case of cutaneous me- tastasis of carcinoma urinary bladder was encountered. The site of metastasis Was on the incision line at hypogastric region,
This metastase possibly occured by subcutanous implentation of a piece of tumor tissue during the prior transvesical operation.
