Abstract

Erkek kısırlığı uzun süredir Ankara Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Kliniği’nde araştırılmaktadır. Bu konuda erkek kısırlığının birçok yönünü gösteren bir çalışma yayınlanmıştır (1).
Bu çalışma erkek kısırlığının beş yıllık tıbbi tedavisinin sonuçlarını özetlemektedir.
Son beş yıl (1963 - 1968) içinde 22746 erkek çeşitli lezyonlarla Üroloji Polikliniği'ne başvurdu ve bunların 1031'i (% 4.5) kısırlık şikayetiyle muayene edildi.
1031 hastanın 783’ünde fizik muayenede normal bulgu vardı, 248’inde iki taraflı veya tek taraflı testis atrofisi, tek taraflı veya iki taraflı ektopi, hidrosel ve varikosel vardı.
1031 vakanın 900’ü inceleme için sperm sağladı.
900 spermin 248’i hücre yapısı bakımından normal, 421’i oligospermi ve nekrozospermi, 231’i ise azospermi olarak bulundu. 231 vakanın 31’inde çift taraflı testis biyopsisi yapıldı ve bu vakalardan ikisinde Klinefelter sendromu saptandı. Aralık. 4 tip tıbbi tedavi uyguladık.

TREATMENT IN MALE STERILITY and OUR RESULTS

Abstract

Male infertility has been researched for a long time at the Ankara Faculty of Medicine Production Clinic. A study has been published on this subject that shows the first aspect of male infertility (1).
This study summarizes the results of five years of medical treatment of male infertility.
In the last five years (1963 - 1968), 22746 men applied to the Urology Outpatient Clinic with various lesions, and 1031 of them (4.5%) were examined with infertility complaints.
of the 1031 patients, 783 had normal findings on physical examination, 248 had bilateral or unilateral testicular atrophy, unilateral or bilateral ectopia, hydrocele and varicocele.
900 of the 1031 cases provided sperm for analysis.
Of the 900 sperms, 248 were found to be normal in cell structure, 421 were oligospermia and necrospermia, and 231 were azoospermia. In 31 of the 231 cases, bilateral testicular biopsies were performed and Klinefelter syndrome was detected in two of these cases. December. We applied 4 types of medical treatment.
