Digitalis Toksisitesi Aritmileri
Abstract
Özel ve iyi bilinmeyen digitalis toksisitesi aritmi örnekleri takdim edilmiş, her aritmi örneği etraflıca analiz edilerek fizyolojik bve klinik önemi belirtilerek tartışılmıştır. Digitalisin sinus düğümünün altındaki tenbih doğuran merkezlerin otomatizmasını arttırması A - V kondüksiyonu geciktirmesi ile ilgili EKG belirtileri ve ritm bozuklukları üzerinde bilhassa önemle durulmuştur.
